On 12-16-2016, at approximately 4:30 PM, UPD responded to a call regarding a possible sexual assault that occurred in SFSU Housing. According to the victim, on 12-15-2016, at approximately 8:00 PM, the victim stated that she met the suspect at the Designated Smoking Area (DSA) just outside 750 Font Boulevard. The victim said she invited the suspect to her room where they both consumed alcohol. According to the victim, she blacked out after consuming a small amount of alcohol and said she believes she was sexually assaulted while the suspect was in her room.
The victim described the suspect as the following:
- White male adult possibly named “Charles” or “Charlie”.
- Approximately 23 years of age.
- Approximately 6 feet tall with a thin build.
- Blond hair and blue or green eyes with scruffy facial hair.
- Wearing a black jacket, grey jeans and grey Converse tennis shoes.
- May be driving a light grey or white Toyota Prius.

Today at 12:09 PM, an SF State student came to the University Police Department to report that he was the victim of an on-campus strong-armed robbery. The victim reported that the incident occurred last night (10-31-2016), at approximately 11:50 PM.
The victim said that while he was walking on campus in between the Administration and Business buildings, he noticed three (3) unknown male suspects who were in the area. As the victim walked past the suspects, one of the suspects grabbed the victim from behind and put him in a headlock. The suspect verbally threatened the victim and demanded his wallet. The victim gave the suspect his wallet and all three suspects fled on foot towards Holloway Avenue and Junipero Serra Boulevard.
The victim did not sustain any injuries during the incident.
The victim provided the following description of the suspects:
- Suspect #1 – possible Black male adult, 6’0” tall, 170 pounds, with no facial hair, wearing a tie dye bandana, blue circular 60's style sunglasses, a black and white paisley shirt, brown corduroy pants, and white Nike “Roshe” tennis shoes.
- Suspect #2 – possible Black male adult, 6’0” tall, 180 pounds, 23-25 years old, wearing a half-face skeleton mask, black Levis 501 hat (with white lettering), a gray long-sleeve hoodie, and baggy blue jeans.
- Suspect #3 - unknown race male, 5'10” tall, 190 pounds, wearing a pull-over clown mask (with bloody teeth, red nose, green and black circles around the eyes, with orange and red hair), a red and black long-sleeve flannel shirt, and black jeans.
Please note that race- and/or ethnicity-related identifiers are included to assist with identification and apprehension of the suspects.

On Friday, October 28th at 1:50 AM, a male victim contacted the University Police Department to report an armed robbery incident that had occurred at Mary Park Hall.
At approximately 1:45 AM on October 28th, three unknown males gained entry to the first floor of Mary Park Hall via the exit doors located at Lake Merced Boulevard and South State Drive. An SF State student who opened the door for friends to enter was pulled outside by three males and robbed of his iPhone 6 at gunpoint. The student stated all three males ran from Mary Park Hall towards Winston Drive and fled in a four-door gray sedan.
The victim did not sustain any injuries during the incident.
The first suspect is a male described by the victim as Hispanic-looking, possibly 19-20 years old. He is approximately 5’10” tall and was seen wearing a dark-colored jacket and glasses at the time of the incident. The second suspect is a male described as Hispanic-looking, also possibly 19-20 years old, with a skinny build. He is approximately 5’10” – 6’0" tall and was seen wearing a light gray jacket. There is no description of the third suspect other than that he was Hispanic-looking.

In all of the burglaries, the victims were asleep in their residences when the suspects committed the burglaries. Officers have not been able to determine how the suspects gained entry for the burglaries.
The suspects took laptop computers and other personal property in the burglaries. No one was injured during these property crimes. There is no information on the suspects at this time.

The SF State University Police Department has an on-going investigation into five residential burglary incidents that have occurred in the University Park South residential area between September 2, 2016, and September 16, 2016.
The incidents have occurred in the 1700 block of Holloway Avenue, 500 block of Holloway Avenue, 100 block of Serrano Drive, and the unit block of Cardenas drive.
In three of the burglaries, the suspects used force to gain entry by breaking windows or doors. There were no signs of forced entry for the other two burglaries.
The suspects took laptop computers and other personal property in the burglaries. No one was injured during these property crimes.

On Saturday, June 18, 2016, at approximately 12:20 am, a shooting occurred in the area of Lake Merced Blvd. and Higuera Ave. Officers from the San Francisco Police Department responded to the scene and found a male victim on the sidewalk. The victim was transported to the hospital for his injuries.
At this time, there are no further details and the suspect remains at large.
SF State University Police Department has greatly increased its security presence on campus. Officers are posted in the residential community and at the Library conducting extra patrols. All students, staff and faculty are encouraged to take extra care and precaution when moving about campus.
On Friday, March 11, 2016, an on-campus sexual assault was reported to the University Police Department.
The victim indicated that on March 11, 2016 at 1:00 am, she was sexually assaulted by a male acquaintance in a restroom located at the campus tennis courts next to the Maloney baseball field.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic-looking male, approximately 20 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, stocky build, with dark colored hair, and unknown clothing.

On Monday, March 7, 2016, a male victim contacted the University Police Department to report an indecent exposure incident that occurred as he was taking a shower in the men's locker room in the Gymnasium.
The victim indicated that on March 7, 2016, at 6:25 PM he was taking a shower in the Men's Locker room when he noticed an unknown male suspect approach him from behind. The victim turned around and saw that the suspect had his pants pulled down and was masturbating. The victim yelled at the suspect who fled the area in an unknown direction. The suspect was described as a Hispanic-looking male, approximately 18 years old, about 5 feet 3 inches tall, and 150 pounds, with dark curly hair.
The suspect was wearing a black sweat shirt with white lettering, black pants and shoes.
