On Saturday, September 27, 2025, at approximately 1:41 PM, SFPD and SFSU police officers responded to a report of an armed robbery that had occurred in the area of University Park North across the street from 155 Buckingham Way, next to the Stonestown Mall parking garage entrance (3251 20th Avenue) near Round 1 Arcade/Target.

The victim, who is not an SFSU community member, reported that at approximately 1:31 PM they were asleep inside their vehicle, when two masked subjects approached the vehicle. One subject was armed with what appeared to be a handgun, and the other a knife. The subjects took the victim’s phone and wallet before entering a white colored older model sedan, possibly a Scion TC. The subjects drove away towards 19th Avenue.

The San Francisco Police Department is continuing with the investigation.
